The development of an enterprise in full compliance with protection and preservation of a healthy environment is one of the highest priorities. The actual activities of the company in the region and, above all, the results achieved during several last years have provided evidence that an environment-friendly production is not a hollow phrase to the company. A sound foundation has been laid for the development of an environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 Standard.

Kohinoor Group has made commitment to Cleaner Production Technology and Environment Protection for the discharge of effluent from its various stage of process.

All Group companies of Kohinoor are member of the Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) & Solid waste disposal site in the Ankleshwar Industrial Estate. We supply entire effluent to the CETP through tankers for necessary treatment as per norms laid down by pollution control authorities. We have also installed efficient scrubbing system to control air pollution.

We are well concerned to health and safety. We therefore strictly adhere to safety norms in our premises.
